केंद्राने आइबीसी चे सेक्शन 7, 9 व 10 चे निलंबन 3 महिन्यासाठी वाढविले 

नवी दिल्ली दि.24 - दिवाळखोरी आणि दिवाळखोरी संहिता, 2016 च्या कलम 10 A ने प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा उपयोग करीत , केंद्र सरकारने IBC आयबीसीच्या कलम 7, 9, 10 च्या निलंबनास पुढील तीन महिन्यांसाठी मुदतवाढ दिली आहे.

आयबीसीच्या कलम 7,9,10 च्या निलंबनाची मुदतवाढ व्यवसायाचे संरक्षण करण्याच्या सरकारच्या वचनबद्धतेस बळकटी देते. तसेच आर्थिक ताणातून मुक्त होण्यासाठी कंपन्यांना वेळ ही मिळेल. असे मत अर्थमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण यांनी ट्वीट केले आहे. 

Central Government Suspends Sections 7, 9 and 10 of IBC Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code for Three Months

New Delhi Dt. 24 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10A of the Insolvency and 

Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Central Government has extended the suspension of sections 7,9, 10 of the IBC for a further period of three months.

Extension of suspension of sections 7,9,10 of the IBC reinforces the Government's commitment to protecting businesses. It also gives companies breathing time to recover from financial stress.
