        Determining the "best" chili pepper in the world is subjective and can vary depending on personal taste preferences. However, one chili pepper that often garners acclaim is the Carolina Reaper. Developed in the United States, the Carolina Reaper holds the Guinness World Record for being the hottest chili pepper in the world, based on its average heat level. It has a fruity and smoky flavor but is extremely spicy and not recommended for those with low tolerance for heat.
